Roger Ouegnin has been a member of the Côte d'Ivoire Bar Association since 1983. For more than 30 years, he has been developing his expertise in legal and litigation matters, mainly in the fields of business law, real estate law, sports law and sponsorship.

He is:
-Chairman of the Board of Directors of ASEC MIMOSAS (Ivorian Omnisport Club)

-Member of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF)
-Member of the FIFA Standing Committee on Club Football

EXPERIENCE
Member of the Bar Association of Côte d'Ivoire since 1985, Mrs. Fadika-Coulibaly is the First Secretary of the first Internship Conference and Former Secretary General of the Bar Association of Côte d'Ivoire.

She has been developing for more than 30 years her expertise in legal and litigation matters mainly in Business Law, Corporate Law, Maritime, Air and Land Transport Law, Litigation, Banking Law, Insurance Law, Intellectual Property Law and Arbitration.

She is :
-Member of the International Institute of Transport Law (IDIT)-ROUEN (France)
-President of the Ivorian Association of Transport Law (AIDT)
Previously :
-Lecturer in transport law at the Institut National Supérieur de l'Enseignement Technique, Transport and Logistics Department
- Member of the OHADA National Commission for the elaboration of Uniform Acts

EXPERIENCE
Mr. Coulibaly is a member of the Ivory Coast Bar since 2008 and joined PARIS-VILLAGE in September 2009.

He mainly intervenes in Business Law, Commercial Law, Litigation, Labor Law, Personal and Property Law. He has more than 10 years of experience.

She holds a Master's degree in Business Law (Angers - France) & a Master in Business Law and Taxation (Abidjan)

EXPERIENCE

Laetitia has 13 years experience in legal and tax assistance in sectors as varied as: Oil & Gas, mines, banking, industry.

She joined the PARIS-VILLAGE law firm in July 2015,

after working 6 years for Ernst & Young Côte d’Ivoire as a Tax and legal Consultant and the Francophone Africa Transaction team.

Laetitia speaks and writes fluently in French and English.

Daniel is a member of the Quebec Bar (Canada) and holds a Bachelor in civil law from the Université de Montréal, a certification in Commercial and civil mediation and graduate business management degree from HEC Montréal (Excellence Mention) and M.B.A. from Université Laval.

EXPERIENCE

Daniel has 10 years of experience assisting businesses in matters of corporate and financing law as well as mining and energy law. Before joining PARIS-VILLAGE, Daniel has worked with boutique litigation and corporate  law firms in Quebec, Canada.

​

He mainly acts on corporate and financing matters for foreign businesses, private equities, start-ups and well-established businesses as well as providing legal services to mining and energy companies.

Daniel speaks and writes in French, English and speaks fluently Mandarin.
